SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

SHIPPING POLICY

We have partnered with Aramex as our courier service and currently only ship within New Zealand. We use recyclable bags.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within:

​

  • 1 - 2 working days for ready made items.

  • 4 - 5 working days for made to order items.

 

A track and trace will be provided to you once the order has been shipped for you to keep your paws on the parcel progress.

To calculate your shipping rate, simply select your region from the shipping drop down menu in your cart before moving onto the checkout.
